How much compensation can you get?
If you arrived at your final destination 3 or more hours later than scheduled the European Court of Justice ruled that the amount of compensation due depends on the distance of the flight:
- £ 210 for all flights of 1,500 kilometres or less;
- £ 333 for any flights within the European Union of more than 1,500 kilometres and for any other flights between 1,500 and 3,500 kilometres;
- £ 510 for any flights over 3,500 kilometres.
